We begin each session by connecting and talking about what issues you're facing in your life. You'll have the opportunity to set an intention for what you'd like to work on. This time spent verbally expressing what's on your mind and in your heart helps to awaken the energy of your voice and empower your spirit. I will then have you relax on a massage table as I offer healing energy, guiding wisdom, and soothing sounds.
These sessions will help you work through trauma, difficult emotions, mental & spiritual blocks, and energy blocks. I will help you connect with your spirit guides and receive helpful information for your life journey. I channel spiritual wisdom and healing energy through my voice as spoken words and soothing melodies. I am especially skilled at helping to empower your voice for clearer communication, wisdom, and insight in your life. You'll walk away feeling lifted, light, rejuvenated, and inspired.
