Joyful Breath Course
Joyful Breath is a 7-day video course designed to help you shift from negative emotion to peace and positivity using the power of your breath. Each day for 7 days, you will receive an email with a new video for the course. The videos are 10-20 minutes long and feature:
- a negative emotion to work through
- a breathing practice to help you shift your emotions
- a mudra (hand position) to empower the energy transformation
- a brief meditation on each day's topic
- a sound healing experience featuring the crystal singing bowl
I will guide you through each transformation, and no previous experience is needed.
We all experience sadness, fear, anger, and pain on this life journey. It is a normal, natural, and beautiful part of the human experience.
