Hello beautiful. Here is my short bio:
I have been teaching yoga and meditation since I was 23. Along that journey, I discovered that the breath is our most powerful tool on the healing journey. I use breathing practices every day to help me: * love and accept my body * get through a challenging workout * let go of my disappointment and expectations As an energy healer, I work with private clients to help them heal their trauma, shift their emotional state, and find an empowered relationship with their higher self. In every energy healing session I do, I teach my clients how to use their breath to create mental, emotion, energetic, and spiritual transformation within them.
