October 1, 2020 - Full Moon in Aries *Meditation*

Hello soul fam!

October 1st brings the first of two full moons this month. This full moon is in the fire sign of Aries, which will definitely be intense. (The next full moon is on Halloween!)

Right now in the stars, Mars is retrograde in its home sign of Aries as the full moon is also soaring through Aries territory. Mars is typically a planet of action, forward movement, and passion, especially when it's at home in Aries. But Mars is retrograde right now, which slows down that fire of passion and progress. You might be feeling a little bit hindered or blocked at the moment because of this.

Truly, the full moon and Mars retro in Aries are calling us to go inward and focus on the fire of transformation within. This full moon is helping us clear away co-dependent patterns and any voices that used to make us feel small or victimized. Those old stories are in the past, dissolved away with the old paradigm. It's time to remember your fire, your truth, and your power.

I've lovingly coined this full moon as the "0FG moon" (zero f*cks given). This is an important time to honor your boundaries and use the word "no" often. Let go of any possessions that don't inspire you and turn down any opportunities that don't light you up inside. In order to balance your energy during this time of transformation, you'll need to conserve your energy, express your emotions, and breathe through this journey.

My intuition tells me that big change is coming through the rest of 2020. It's good change! But will probably come with challenges, as most change does. Although uncertainty will be involved, we can't stop the flow and we can't go backwards. This is a one-track train forward, and it would be best if we can enjoy the ride. Remember to breathe, honor your boundaries, feel your feelings, and use the word "no." It will be very exciting to see how everything unfolds!
