June 2019 Solstice Meditation

Hello beauties and Happy Solstice!

Today is the halfway mark in our year - a very sacred day on planet earth. For us in the Northern Hemisphere, today is the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year! For those in the Southern Hemisphere, it's the shortest day of the year. 

For all of us, this day opens up a portal of transformation where we get to choose how we will enter this new season. We can choose to leave the past behind and transcend our old limitations with the powerful energy of this day. 

At 11:11 am PST, I filmed a livestream meditation video to transmit a healing frequency of inspiration and an invitation to transform through this Solstice. Some of the themes that came up in the meditation were:

• It's time to stop struggling with your journey
• You are already in the perfect place at the perfect time
• When you accept where you are, you are invited to transform
• You have the power and birthright to feel whole, complete, and wonderful - you just have to choose it
• Connect with the divine feminine in your being so that you can receive the gifts of your journey
• Remember that you are supported by earth beings and beings beyond
• Trust where you are and let the past go!
