January 2020 Full Moon in Cancer + Lunar Eclipse! *Meditation*

Hey beautiful!

I hope your new year is off to a wonderful start... and if not, that is okay! The astrology this month would explain it if you're having an emotional, rocky start to the year.

On January 10, 2020, we will experience a full moon lunar eclipse in the sign of watery, emotional Cancer. After not having a single full moon in the sign of Cancer for all of 2019, this lunar eclipse will provide a big release of emotion that may have been building up all of last year! And, as usual, eclipses provide impactful soul lessons and opportunities for rebirth. 

And on January 11th, we'll have a bit of a breakthrough as Uranus goes direct in the sign of Taurus after being retrograde since August. Uranus is the planet of innovation and transcendence, so you can expect to find a bit more clarity once Uranus goes direct again.

Then on January 12th, Pluto will conjunct Saturn in the sign of Capricorn - an astrological occurrence that hasn't happened for 35 years. This is the first time I'll be experiencing this particular blend of energy in my whole life! So there may be big shifts, upheavals, breakthroughs, collapses, or other awakenings in your life.

Regardless of the star patterns in the sky, I'm sensing that 2020 has some incredible lessons for us. And so often, the greatest treasures are buried in the darkest depths. So if you find yourself trudging through the mud in the first few weeks of 2020, just know that a rebirthing is occurring, a new reality is being created, and we are releasing whatever doesn't need to come along for the ride.

Trust yourself, and remember to find joy in the simple moments in life. Imagine that you are watching your life like a play or a movie - don't forget to enjoy the show!
