February 2021 - Full Moon in Virgo *Meditation*

Hey Divine Tribe!

The full moon in Virgo on February 27th is bringing much needed relief and healing. After experiencing some major breakdowns and breakthroughs during the new moon + stellium in Aquarius, this full moon is helping us ground into our bodies and integrate the changes.

Since Virgo is an earth sign, it guides us to focus on our health and our body's wisdom. It's a powerful time to let go of the chatter in our minds and listen to the guidance in our hearts.  

While your mind is thinking, worrying, and analyzing, your body & heart are knowing. Through your heart's wisdom, you are guided like magnets toward every experience that is meant for you. It's time to release your thinking mind and really trust the calling in your heart.

Sometimes, this requires sitting with pain and emotions that are present in the body. This is all a beautiful part of the process and the journey. Be brave as you listen within during this full moon.
