Meditation is for the people who are facing couples of problems and they need to find their inner self. Some people think that it's not necessary to meditate. I guess, they have never been stressed their whole lives that is why they are not in search of an outlet to let those stresses go. Meditation will always have its importance, and should be part of everyone's life! Thank you Divinely Gia for having this thing explained for all of us! I hope that this opened an eye opener to many!
