As we are riding out this quarantine experience, I'm finding self-care to be incredibly important. While I've been practicing yoga and meditation, going for walks, and listening to sound healing, I realized that something big was missing from my wellness routine - breathing practices!
Breathing exercises have been so transformative for me on my soul journey, so I wanted to boost my practice and also share my favorite exercises with you.
Why is the breath so powerful? It has a 3-fold effect on our well-being:
1) Mindful breathing physically soothes the nervous system
2) Mindful breathing calms the mind and brings us back to the present moment
3) Mindful breathing connects us back to our souls & the divine

The chakras are one of my favorite subjects to teach about in meditation. When we awaken, align, energize, and empower the chakras, we feel our absolute best. We feel inspired, connected, and alive! We can tap into our highest self, our highest wisdom, and our divine destiny.
