2020 Vibes - World Peace Guided Meditation

At the request of my wonderful subscriber, Miyuki, I am sharing a world peace meditation video with you. 

The first month of 2020 has been a tumultuous and rocky start. With earthquakes, wildfires, powerful new viruses, and deaths of beloved idols, humanity is facing drastic changes at this time. 

Though the uncertainties in our world can seem frightening and overwhelming, the Universe has given me 3 important keys to share with you for creating world peace from within. After all, the world outside of us is a reflection of our inner reality.

The first key is to release your fears. At this time of great awakening in human consciousness, fear is simply an illusion that holds you back from the growth and change that is being orchestrated by the Universe.

The second key is to let go of your expectations. Though we think we know what would be best for humanity and our world, our expectations actually stem from a desire to mitigate our fears. With complete trust and faith, we must remember that the highest good is unfolding in the hands of the divine.

The third key is simply to breathe. If you are scared, breathe deeper. If you are lost, breathe deeper. If you are lonely, breathe deeper. For in the presence of the breath, peace is found.

In this guided meditation, you will discover that world peace is a reflection of your consciousness and the dimension you choose to live in. When we are the ones who become peaceful, the world in view becomes filled with peace, as well.

As confirmation from the Universe, I drew some archangel oracle cards in this meditation. This powerful message came through:

"Remember who you are, a powerful child of God. Be courageous at this time and trust that you know what to do. The next generation of children will bring healing gifts for the planet."
