Just wanted to share the insight I had today about forgiveness! I really couldn’t emphasize enough how beautiful, graceful, and important forgiveness is in our lives.
After reading ”Destiny of Souls” by Michael Newton (amazing book, you should read it too!), I am completely convinced that everything in our lives is divinely chosen to benefit our growth and spiritual well-being… Including (and ESPECIALLY) those things that we find difficult, annoying, challenging, scary, sad, etc. They constitute the perfect little lessons that guide us toward higher consciousness and more spiritual awareness- chosen specifically and lovingly just for us! When we start to take ownership of our lives, we stop blaming external circumstances for our problems and frustrations. We begin to see that… all of it is perfectly placed in our lives for the benefit of the spirit. In fact, the Universe/Divine gives us only what we are capable of handling with the utmost courage, love, and acceptance. With that said, open your heart to your life and FORGIVE all the “wrongs” done to you and troubles that impede you. Forgive! Forgive! And let go! You have everything that it takes to conquer your challenges and problems- you are MEANT TO see them through! Have faith and gratitude for the hard parts of life… Without them, life would be pretty boring! And most of all, forgive yourself for your mistakes and setbacks. You are perfectly flawed and divinely designed to be a unique (crazy/strange/weird!) individual. :) Embrace it all. Forgive and Love.
